ERROR OF EGO (Part 1)

Man, made in God's image and likeness
The God-ordained god of the earth
Made to subdue and dominate
To will and have it established
Had the influence of the Creator upon all creature
He gave names that all things created adhere to even till today
Beautifully, he exhibited his potentials only in SUBMISSION to another.

You must have heard about his fall
All his offspring are told about it
From the beginning till the time of the fall
Only man and God his creator mattered
The story of the fall isn't so pleasant, so lets leave it
But something happened in that event
Something that only few have been granted to see.

From that story, we see men have a meal
So we wonder, what makes a meal become a fall?
After that meal, the fall took place
Man fell! Take a quick peek at his profile above
That profile no longer fit his personality
He did what would be his greatest mistake
So he was dethroned! Sad, sad, really sad.

Before we run through our bone of contention
Shall we make a foundation that would help us?
Take another peek, but the second verse now
There two mattered, man and God his Creator
After the fall, it became three, yes a third joined in
Man still mattered, but the devil too now did
The devil took over man's vacant throne.

From the beginning, man was not to stand on his own
He was to control and exercise power and dominion
But only as a function of a delegated power from another
Look at how it all began, that was just his nature
When he came alive, he did--for it was commanded
He was successful, he was a great achiever
Man doesn't have it; we don't have our own power.

Many generations of men have come and gone
Yet all things seemed the same, not much has changed
In the whole story of man, we've had only two changes
One at the beginning and the other two millenia ago
The former was the fall; the latter was a chance to rise
All of our confusion, chaos and instability arose at the fall
When man now had two persons who were greater than he.
