BIBLE MUSEUM TO OPEN IN THE UNITED STATES IN 2017
Hobby Lobby President Steve Green has reportedly sought the help of
former President of the United States of America, George W. Bush with the Green family’s Bible museum
project.
At a conference to promote the $800 million museum, Green and Bush spoke about the Bible.
"I read the Bible every day during my presidency," Bush said. "The
easiest time to be faithful is during a time of crisis. The hardest time
for faith is when all is well. Faith informed my principles and
decisions, but not my tactics. It would give me strength, but I didn't
use my faith to make decisions. Freedom is a faith-informed principle.”
The Museum of the Bible will feature antique Bibles, manuscripts and numerous other religious artifacts. It is expected to open in 2017.
Bush is supportive of the museum and its location near Capitol Hill, in the United States of America.
"It's very important that the Museum of the Bible invites and makes
people of all faiths feel comfortable. It will be an important part of
our capital,” Bush said.
